Hi,
I noticed some problems with the videos:
when I insert a video it does not appear in full screen
the video does not start automatically when active "automatically start to play"

Hi,

You can set the video to the full width. Set the section to be Wide using the corresponding checkbox in the section options in the right panel.
Then you can stretch the Video control borders to the section borders.
As for the auto-play function, I'll assign the issue to our developers.

Hi,

Looks like the video resizes proportionally to fit the Section height. The behavior looks properly but I asked our developers is there a way to make the video wide similar to background cover. But in this case, some parts of the video will not be visible.

We'll let you know when we receive any news from them.

Our developers have fixed the issue with the video size and the fix is available in the recent update released just now.

Hi,

The video sound mute is automatically enabled because autoplay is not working in Chrome with enabled sound. This is default Chrome behavior.

There is a bug that is being worked on if you have autoplay selected the sound is muted.

Hi,

It's not a bug. Chrome browser does not allow autoplay of the video when the sound is on. So when the autoplay option is checked in the Video control settings, the sound is muted by the default.

Hello Mike,

Sorry for the delay with the response.

We have checked your site http://startupbazar.cz/ with different devices and browsers. The background video is hidden in Mobile mode according to the page inspection.
The issue 'play' sign appeared only with the actual iPhone Safari and Chrome and not with each model(checked several).
It may be caused by browser settings with autoplay turned off especially for possible traffic savings. In this case, the 'play' button will be not active because of the content.

hi there, i have also problems with the video.

youtube video dosnt load at all.

if you write it not a bug that sound is of if autoplay is on at chrome, its also at other browsers.

i tried the last hours several and different stuff, but the video is cutted or it doesn play auto ,..
all in all the function here is a mess.
so do you have here any solutions working ?

Hello,

You can check the settings for Edge, by default the autoplay is turned off, you can allow to autoplay media and check the page from your project with the preview

Firefox also has autoplay settings, allow audio and video and check the page with the preview
