Videobackground FIXED on scroll

Hello in last update you wrote that the function video as background where enabled. Could you please consider to make it possible to fix on scroll as theme background as well.

changing the speed of the scrolling and where can i find the back to the top option. In themler you can changes these options very quick, but i see no possibility in nicepage.
