Ask a Question Hyperlinking a PDF file

Tried adding a hyperlink to link a .pdf files and when I follow the steps to link a .pdf file....there is NO option available to link the .PDF file. Please help

As it is no option for file upload at Link setting so, how can I upload my files and link from my pages? Please help. Thank you.
