I am designing a web site with Desktop version. It doesn't allow to link files bigger than 10 MB. How can I overcome this limitation?

What sort of files they are? Medias (Sounds, videos for example.) or images linked to your website?
If the file size exceeds the allowed limit, maybe you should optimize their sizes or host them on the cloud?

Unfortunately, there are no ways to overcome this limitation in the Nicepage Desktop app.
Please consider an option to upload directly on your hosting or to any available cloud service.
You can use a small trick with the dummy pdf file. Create an empty pdf file e.g. myfile.pdf (1KB) and link it to the Nicepage Desktop app. Export and upload the project to our hosting. After that, replace the file myfile.pdf (1KB) with myfile.pdf (100MB) directly on the hosting.
