You can change the Theme without replacing your Content. For example, you can change the layout of your Blog page, which you have installed with the Theme on your hosted WordPress website.
The following video tutorial was made with one of the previous versions. We are updating the videos.
Export Theme For WordPress
You can export only the WordPress Theme from the Nicepage Applicaition for Windows or Mac OS.
Run the Desktop Application.
Open your working Site.
Open the Theme Panel.
Go down to the Blog Template.
Go to the Property Panel to the right.
Change the Blog Preset.
Click the Publish button icon in the Top Bar.
In the Export Dialog, select the WordPress Tab.
Check only the Theme checkbox.
Click the Export button.
In the exported ZIP, you will only have the theme changes, and the Content stays unchanged.
Import Theme To WordPress
To import only the WordPress Theme, you can do the following.
Switch to the WordPress Admin.
Select Appearance -> Themes.
Deactivate your current Nicepage Theme by selecting another theme.
Optionally, delete the old Nicepage Theme.
Install the new Nicepage Theme.
Activate your Theme.
Click WordPress -> Visit Site.
By default, your website is set to show the Blog as the start page.
Update Theme In WordPress
You can specify the WordPress Theme in a local folder. In this case, you do not need to deactivate and reinstall the Theme while updating.
Run the Application.
While on the last working page, select another Blog Preset.
Click the Publish button.
Select the Folder for the Export As option in the dialog.
Enter the Path to your local Theme folder.
Click the Export button.
Click WordPress -> Visit Site.
Refresh if needed.
In the dialog, specify the Path to all Themes installed on your local WordPress site.
Your working Theme folder matches the Name property. For the remote servers, please use the FTP option.
