Removing footer

How do I remove the footer that nicepage continues to include on my pages that says "Website Design created with Website Builder." I know a work around for it but I am trying to show a client a demo...

how do i remove this grey footer? is it on nicepage or joomla backend? i have my own footer but it adds onto the website even though in the editor it doesn't show
