Problems headers and footers in Joomla

Hi,

For the menu please check that your menu module is inserted into the hmenu position inside Joomla >> Extensions >> Module Manager.
For the footer it will be the same, looks like you have inserted the positions in the footer columns and so you need to add the desired modules into those positions within Joomla.

What controls you used to create these blocks in the Footer? looks like you used Position control. This control creates Joomla module position where you can insert joomla modules. Simply add new joomla module and use the name of the Joomla Position you specified under the Position control settings as module position in joomla.

Could you please provide more details? If you do not see your footer on the live site, probably it was created from the Positions and you need to add widgets/modules in the corresponding positions.
As for the header, you mean that you want to edit header content inside the live site using the plug-in? That is not possible, header is a part of the theme and not content, theme can be edited in the desktop application only. So edit the theme, export it and install on the site.
