Wishlist Blur & Shade Image Options

You have the shade image option for image backgrounds Please consider adding "filter: blur" I know this can be done with CSS but just another wish to throw in the fountain :)

Why when I export as HTML it gives me a stylesheet CSS for every single page and not just one css file in a css folder????? Not very tidy.
