What do you mean provide the project? how can i go to dashboard to provide the project?

Unfortunately, there is no Project export in the free version.

Why css added is not showing in the editor?

Do you mean that you cannot see the result of the entered CSS or the code itself is missing?
Nicepage executes custom codes (js, css, HTML) in the preview only.

I meant that behaviour of showing only on the preview. i think it's really bad. is it different in the payed version?

Unfortunately, the same behavior is in the paid version.
The problem is we do not know what code you plan to use. In some cases, it may cause problems in the Nicepage editor. Therefore custom code is executed in the preview only.
