Nicepage desktop windows does not load, does not start

I've been trying for a few days but nicepage desktop windows won't start. I have already tried on other desktop windows I already uninstalled and installed the new version but it doesn't open Please...

Does my paid subscription mean I get upgraded to Nicepage version 6?

I'm assuming that my existing subscription entitles me to the newer Nicepage 6 product?

the nicepage app is not loading due that is missing folder nicepage on documents folder

the nicepage folder inside documents is missing and i don't know what to do so the app will load should i create the nicepage folder and place something inside? thank you sarantopoulos nikos
