The block’s visual balance depends on two unequal types of attention: the left side carries a long serif headline, while the right side combines a performance image with supporting editorial text. In a website mockup, the first review point is how that headline wraps as the available width changes. Its wording includes the 2018 Ivor Novello awards, Dave, Theresa May, and the best-song claim, so narrow text measures may create several lines and substantially increase the height of the left panel.
The right column has its own vertical sequence. The monochrome performance image appears above the paragraph, which identifies Dave as a Streatham rapper, references Drake, and names “Question Time.” At reduced widths, the image-to-paragraph relationship should remain understandable when the two columns stack or when their proportions change. The white content panel needs enough width for the paragraph to remain readable without losing the clear separation from the pale gray headline panel.
Generous whitespace and strong left alignment are important review criteria rather than incidental decoration. Excessive compression could make the editorial feature feel crowded, while excessive vertical spacing could separate the image from its supporting context. The section should be evaluated as one responsive unit within a broader website presentation, with attention to headline hierarchy, image scale, text wrapping, and the transition between its two content areas.
Open this ready-made template in the Website Mockup Builder and customize it visually in the Nicepage editor. Replace demo content, edit page sections, and adapt the design to your project without rebuilding the template from scratch.
Use Responsive Modes to see how the website design appears on Large Screens, Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Phones. Switch between the available views to compare the same layout at different screen widths and review how typography, images, spacing, navigation, and other content adapt to each device.
Nicepage provides responsive web design tools for adjusting individual device views when the initial layout needs refinement. You can customize Mobile Views separately, change element sizes and positions, adapt Grids, Lists, and Galleries, and hide selected Elements or Blocks on particular screen sizes. This makes it possible to develop a responsive website mockup instead of evaluating the design at only one fixed desktop size.
Use Live Page / Preview to review the design with the editing interface removed from view. Instant Preview can hide the Page Navigator, Property Panel, selections, and frames, making it easier to evaluate the overall presentation, content hierarchy, and responsive layout as a visitor would see them.
This workflow makes the template useful as a responsive website mockup for visualizing, comparing, and refining how the same website design will appear across different screen sizes.
