Read our story Web Page Design

The “Our History” block is composed as a three-part horizontal section with a clear visual and informational sequence. The left region carries the main heading, one supporting paragraph, and a decorative play-shaped icon. A single black-and-white portrait is centered in the middle on a pale green vertical panel, creating the strongest visual anchor. The right region holds three social links—Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram—and a small note. Strong left alignment, a white background, serif heading, and generous spacing keep the composition balanced as one page section.

The Central Portrait Anchors a Three-Part Page Composition

The block’s page composition depends on the relationship between a text-heavy left region, a visually concentrated center, and a lighter supporting region on the right. The “Our History” heading and paragraph establish the first reading point through strong left alignment and a large black serif treatment. The decorative play-shaped icon adds a small visual accent without becoming a separate content group. This keeps the history message spatially clear before the eye moves toward the image.

The portrait then acts as the composition’s central anchor. Its black-and-white treatment contrasts with the pale green vertical panel, creating a focused middle zone against the white background. On the right, three social links and a smaller note provide secondary information with less visual weight. Generous whitespace between these regions prevents the horizontal arrangement from feeling crowded and gives the page a calm rhythm.

Inside a web page, this block can serve as a mid-page transition from introductory content toward another subject. Its composition is self-contained, but its scale and spacing should be considered alongside neighboring sections so the portrait does not overpower them and the social links remain legible. The design value comes from how the three regions distribute reading, image, and auxiliary content within one coherent section.

Design a Web Page Section by Section

Choose a Design for Each Section

Build the page from individual content sections instead of starting with a fixed full-page layout. Use Block Designs to browse ready-made sections for different purposes, including introductions, services, galleries, testimonials, contact forms, pricing, and other common parts of a web page. Search or filter the available designs to find a layout that fits the content you want to add.

Combine Blocks and Page Elements

Add selected Blocks to the page and arrange them in the order that supports the page's purpose. A hero section can introduce the main message, followed by services, benefits, portfolio content, testimonials, calls to action, or contact information.

Inside each section, use Web Page Elements such as Text, Image, Hyperlink, Grid, Gallery, and other elements to build and present the page content. Individual elements can be added and adjusted within the Blocks, giving you more control over the composition of each section without having to create the complete layout from scratch.

Refine the Page Layout and Flow

After assembling the main sections, adjust their content, spacing, backgrounds, images, typography, and element placement in the Nicepage editor. Reorder Blocks when necessary and refine the transition from one section to the next so the information hierarchy and visual flow remain clear throughout the page.

This workflow makes the template useful as a web page design that can be composed from ready-made sections, customized with individual page elements, rearranged, and adapted to the content and purpose of an individual page.
