For this tutorial, you will need to install the Nicepage Joomla Extension. Please watch the video about the installation of the Joomla Extension for more information.
The following video tutorial was made with one of the previous versions. We are updating the videos.
Edit Header / Footer In Joomla
You can change the Header and Footer of the Nicepage Articles.
Open the Joomla Administrator.
Go to Content -> Articles.
Open any Article created with Nicepage.
To verify, click on the Article Name in the list to see the Nicepage Article Preview in the details.
Click the "Edit with Nicepage" button to run the Nicepage Editor Extension.
In the Editor, select the Header.
Change the Header Preset.
You can modify the Footer as well.
Click Save.
Close the Editor.
Click Save and Close.
Open another Article created with Nicepage.
To verify, click on the Article Name in the list to see the Nicepage Article Preview in the details.
Click the "Preview Page" Button.
Changes in the Header with the Nicepage Editor are applied to all other Nicepage articles.
Header and Footer On Other Articles
You can have articles created without the Nicepage Joomla Extension.
Switch to your browser tab with the Joomla Administrator.
Close the Page.
Open another Article created in Joomla without the Nicepage Extension.
Click the "Preview Page" button.
You see that the Header and Footer on these articles are different from the Header and Footer on articles created with Nicepage.
For other articles created without the Nicepage Extension, use the Header and Footer of the default Template.
In the Nicepage Page Builder dialog, select any variant.
Click Done.
Edit the Article.
Click Save.
Close the Editor.
Click the "Preview Page" button.
You have created a New Article using the content of the original one. The new Article has the Header and Footer from Nicepage.
Switch Article Template With Extension
If you want to have the Header and Footer of your default Template, you can set the option in the Page Properties in Nicepage or Joomla Administrator.
Switch back to the tab with the Article Details.
Click the "Edit with Nicepage" button.
In the Property Panel, switch to the Page Tab.
Change the Page Template.
Click the Save button.
Close the Editor.
Click the "Preview Page" button to preview.
Now you should see the Header and Footer of the selected Template.
Switch Article Template In Joomla
You can also define which Header and Footer to show by setting the property directly in the Joomla Administrator.
Switch back to the tab with the Article Details.
You are on the newly created Article.
Select the required Template for your Article in the "...Nicepage full-width template" property.
Save the Article.
Click the "Preview Page" button to preview.
Now you should see the Header and Footer used from the default Template.

3. Open another Article created in Joomla without the Nicepage Extension.

5. You see that the Header and Footer on these articles are different from the Header and Footer on articles created with Nicepage.
6. For other articles created without the Nicepage Extension, use the Header and Footer of the default Template.

8. Switch back to your page.
9. Click the "Turn to Nicepage" button.
10. In the Nicepage Page Builder dialog, select any variant.
11. Click Done.
12. Edit the Article.
13. Click Save.
14. Close the Editor.
15. Click the "Preview Page" button.
You have created a New Article using the content of the original one. The new Article has the Header and Footer from Nicepage.
## Switch Article Template With Extension
