User Roles And Access To Leads (Beta)

We have improved the User Management, so you can invite collaborators and assign User Roles to co-work on your website. In this update, we have implemented the Site Data Manager role, allowing your collaborators to view and manage Leads.

In future updates, you will be able to work together on Orders, Calendar Assignments, and Statistics. Later, you will also be able to assign Website Designer and Content Editor roles, allowing you to update your Site's design and content.

Site Leads Data

To start, create a website with a Contact Form to collect users' data.

Check Your Leads

Then, you can check your Leads in the User Profile.

Invite a Collaborator

Next, open the User Management page, and send an Invitation to a Collaborator.

On the Invite Collaborator page, you can enter the Collaborator's email on Nicepage and assign User Roles.

Change User Roles

If needed, you can change the User Role by clicking the Change Roles button and assigning the User Roles in the dialog.

User Roles For Online Builder (In Progress)

We are also working on the User Roles and Management for the Nicepage Online Builder, which will be presented in future updates.

Collaborator Invitation Sent

After the Invitation is sent, the Site Owner sees the Confirmation page.

The Collaborator gets an invitation email to start co-working on the Owner's Site.

Clicking the Accept Invitation link opens a page that lets to confirm the Invitation.

Accepting Invitation

Along with the email invitation, the Collaborators can also find the Pending Invite on the User Management page. The Collaborator can accept the Invitation by clicking the Accept Invite button in the table.

Co-Working On Websites

After accepting the Invitation, the Collaborator can go to the Leads page on the Nicepage profile, select a co-working site, and manage the data.

Search Options On Add Panel

We have added the Types for the Search Element.

We have also changed the default style of the added Search Element.

Line Rotation

We have improved the Line Element. Now you can rotate Lines just like other Shapes. Use the Angle option in the Property Panel to set Rotation precisely.

Thank-You Page Template Translation

The Thank You Page template now supports all languages for HTML, WordPress, and Joomla websites.

Category Filter Translation in WordPress

For our WordPress users, we have added the ability to translate Categories for both Blog Posts and WooCommerce Products.

In the WordPress admin, the system will now automatically add translation fields based on the number of languages used in the Nicepage Language Element.
