Ask a Question Pictues are not showing up when uploading html page to Web Server

When i Upload my HTML Page to my Server i get no Images showing up It looks loke this But on the Preview in the NicePage Program it looks normal with all pictures! I uploaded the file using WinSCP

Wishlist Folders for images

I know it has been asked before but having folders for images would make finding/managing images so much easier when a site has a substantial number of images.
