whole blocks and text disappear and responsivness between devices doesnt work at all

Each responsive view can be edited separately. If you have issues about that, please export the theme as a project, attach it to the ticket and also provide screenshots showing each of your problems.

First problem. Pic A - this is how site is designed in editor. Pic B - this is how it looks on preview and also on internet when i visit the site on my mobile phone. Video and texts are unnaturaly scattered. When I fix it in one responsive view, there is 95% chance that another view generate mistake and scatter elements by its own will. Troublefree are only views for pc and laptop

Second problem. Pic 3 - as you can see there are three video black blocks in "portfolio" section, but when i switch on 3 smallest views, there are only 2 block, third disapeared (pic4). Reset of Nicepage and also of block didnt help.

Third problem - Unfortunatelly there are only 5 files allowet to attach, but I have intro video, which doesnt start to play on Chrome by itself. First visitor must click on home menu and than it start to play, but it doesnt play in loop that is a need.

I would like to, but Attach button unfortunatelly doest allow me to attach any project file, only zip files

The project file is a .zip file.

We now are in august 2023. The same problems occur, also in by NP provided templates.

Thus is my first and last project with Nicepage.

I'm really pissed right now. Hours of work to correct all the pages.

Please create a new private case, and provide your project, most likely we think that the issue is minor with not proper grouping.
