Hello Tomas,
Thank you for contacting us!
The Nicepage Calendar can be used for a basic appointment and time-slot booking workflow. It allows you to:
- configure specific weekdays, dates, and available times;
- define appointment duration, booking date range, and closing time;
- collect customer information using a customizable Booking Form;
- receive booking submissions by email or in Google Sheets;
- send booking notifications to customers;
- manage upcoming, past, and canceled appointments.
You can find more information in the following documentation:
Calendar Element:

Calendar Submissions and Notifications:
https://nicepage.com/doc/549403/calendar-submissions
Calendar Appointments Management:

You can place the Calendar directly on a tour page or inside a Modal Popup that customers open using a “Book Now” button. The Calendar is mainly designed for appointments and time-slot reservations.
PayPal payments
Nicepage supports PayPal payments through the separate Payment Button Element. However, payment functionality is not supported directly within the Calendar Element. The Calendar and Payment Button are separate elements, and the official documentation does not describe an integrated workflow between them.

Recommended Nicepage plan
The current Calendar Appointment limits are:
Personal: 50 appointments per month, per site;
Business: 250 appointments per month, per site;
Pro: 1,000 appointments per month, per site;
Ultimate: 5,000 appointments per month, per site.
Pricing and plan comparison:

If the built-in Calendar functionality is sufficient and the expected booking volume is below 250 appointments per month, the Business plan may be a suitable option.
Third-party booking system
For WordPress, if the selected third-party booking plugin provides a shortcode or WordPress widget, you can display the plugin’s booking form or calendar on a Nicepage page using the Shortcode Element or Widget Area Element. Compatibility depends on the selected plugin.
