You can set the Send To options similar to the Contact Form, allowing you to get Booking Form submissions to emails and Google Sheets.

Submit Appointments To Email

By default, you get Booking submissions sent to your Account Email.

You can submit to several emails. Please note that all emails must be verified and confirmed.

You can also submit Bookings to Google Sheets by connecting your Google Account to the Booking Form.

Send Notification To Customer Email

You can also send booking notifications to your Customer Email. This option can be selected only once per Calendar Element.

In the options, you should select the field with the Email type from the Booking Form. When a user enters the Email and confirms the Booking, the email notification about the Bnooking is set to the Customer Email.
