form error

Hello,
I have not been reciving correctly the mails from the forms, and previously it worked. When I go to Nicepage leads in the forms it says there are no leads and it only shows me the spam leads. But previously I recived emails and had leads, so it workd, and they are not shown either.
Please, I need to obtain the leads that were not notified via mail, as they are lost clients. How can I do it?
