Same was with previous product from Nicepage (Themler): small features adding, then just bug fixes, then it stuck with huge Wishlist and bugs with "beta" status. It's strange and sad.

I think everyone really needs a mega menu.

And I would like to be able to add my own text to the drop-down area that appears when you click on the hamburger menu. For example, as in pop-up windows. There is often a need to add links to social networks or to internal pages of the site.

And it would be great if you implement the ability to add individual icons for each menu item. And I would like to be able to set my own css style for each menu item, as it has been implemented on the Wordpress console for a long time. Or it would be possible to add only the menu area in the themes, and then we would configure the menu ourselves in the Wordpress console as we need. That's how it worked in Themler, and it was very convenient.

Also the vertical menu is still a very necessary thing.

Hi guys,

Thank you for your comments. We value every opinion of our clients.
But during this really difficult year, we already released 29 updates with new major and minor features and improvements. With each new update, we're making Nicepage more user-friendly for all our new and existing customers. The list of implemented features is based on the customer's requests.
We release updates usually twice a week. How many applications with a small development team do you know that release new big features twice a week? I'm sure too few. Each new feature required days, weeks, and months of planning, development, testing, and bug fixing, even if it looks too small for you, like Countdown. Therefore, we have updates with new major features, updates with small features, and updates with UI improvements. Each update includes bug fixes and new designsб and many hard-working hours of the whole team.

The menu you mentioned is a part of the self-developed portal, which was developed long before Nicepage. This portal includes the Nicepage website, documentation, forum, and big administration part that you do not see. Nicepage website embedded into this portal is made with Nicepage.

Hello, Olivia.

Thank you for answer. Here is a quote from Nicepage blog:

What happened in the past year?
400,000 New Registered Users

https://nicepage.com/doc/204084/nicepage-4-0-released-get-up-to-60-off

So I just wonder, if number of customers growing up, why your team not grow?

I understand that small team can't do big things... but from customers sides it's looks like Nicepage now stuck and Themler was abandoned years ago.

So we don't have modern template builder (Themler) at all and don't have full functional page builder (Nicepage). I can't start new project with Themler and Joomla 4, as Themler use old Bootstrap 3, no PHP 8+ support and it's not meet modern SEO practice. But Nicepage can't give functions that have Themler.

And you don't give clear Roadmap. I'm waiting for Themler major update few years, but it's not happens. Now Nicepage customers waiting for updates that seems never be done.

Olivia, You leave old users and I'm just scared to work with you. In 2-3 years you will come up with a new project as "Super Page" and what will happen with Nice Page? Same as with users Themler now.I have more then 100 sites based on Joomla3 and Themler and....that I need to do now?

All your competitors have smoothly switched from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4, you do not represent any solution for Themler users and we do not know what to do. This was already the case with the previous program - Artisteer.

Support old customers! Don't leave us, we pay you money too.

I hope your manager reads this.

Hi pdg.design,

At this moment, we do not have "SuperPage" or any other project in development and plans. Therefore, no plans to present a new editor in the next 2-3 years.
Themler is a good project. But since the first versions, we have constantly received requests and complaints about how it isn't easy to use. So, we developed Nicepage as an easy-to-use alternative to Themler. This is quite a successful project. We all love it :-)

Artisteer has exhausted its potential for development. It was not possible to rework it to make modern designs. Therefore, it was easier to develop a new application with all requested features from Artisteer customers. But it was too many requests and too many features. As a result - a too complicated editor. Most of our customers needed something easier and user-friendly. Now we have Nicepage. It grows, develops, and the number of new users increases. But we're not Microsoft, unfortunately. And we do not want to increase our pricing. Thank you for understanding. And thank you for styling with us!

Hi, Olivia,
Thank you.
But... realy, what we are need to do with sites on joomla, based on Themler? I ready to over to your new product, and it good for me, but I don't see any way to over from Themler sites to Niceage sites. Many yours user asked Themler- NicepAge team - that is our feature?
As for me personally, I like your new product NicePage, but for several years I and many users have been asking about the RTL version and it has not yet been implemented. Without this option I can not to use NicePage and will need to find another solution...
Please answer us..

Themler is easy to use for template development. It's complicated for content creation. So seems that Themler users asked for simple tool for content creation and some topic was posted on Themler forum about this (Survey: Content Editing) and moreover - this tool started to develop (please see screenshot below). But then plans changed and you considered to create completely new software.

enter image description here

You develop Nicepage - page builder for content creation. It's very limited for template development. And as you many time said: this is completely different product.

As result, we have page builder, but don't have template builder like Themler (Themler itself it quite old and can't be used in 2022).

There is many examples where Themler much more powerful and useful then Nicepage... well, Themler better almost in all, except of content creation and old code base that slow down website and decrease SEO scores.

But we're not Microsoft, unfortunately. And we do not want to
increase our pricing. Thank you for understanding. And thank you for
styling with us!

Yes, you are not. But even Microsoft was started just with team of two people. Then they started to grow. Why your developers team not growing up, while number of customers grow. More customers, more resources, bigger team... no? You shared your stat, that was amazing.

And about price... Themler customers have written many times that they can and want to pay more for new Themler. But you deleted last topic (with 16 votes and 71 replies) where customers suggested to increase Themler price just to bring back developers to this product.

After all promises from Themler and disappointments from customers many of customers that was with you more than 10 years (since Artisteer) now completely leave you, because they don't have tool for professional templates development.

Personally I loved Artisteer and Themler, both is great! I was with you from 2011 and now I have no choice, only to leave too. It's very sad that we can nothing to do... We asked for Themler 2.0 so many times without success.

Sorry if this is offtopic.

My issues with nicepage

Yeah honestly guys I've used nicepage for the past maybe 2 and a half years. Although its great to use for simple websites but terrible to use for woocommerce. I'm thinking the best choice is to switch to Elementor for that. The support for woocxommerce support with these themes have been close to nonexistent. The only thing they've done is move the add cart button on the desktop application. 95% of the plugins for woocommerce arent even compatible with themes on nicepage meaning and for example when you add anything that supposed to be displayed on single product pages (like variation swatches, or if you want to remove variation prices, or add anything) it either doesnt show on the page or the plugin gets placed in a random spot that we have no control over .

I wish they would resolve things like this and other core issues like megamenu support instead of giving us more "animations"

Thats all

Finally we get this brand new awesome update of Nicepage 4.4. Thanks a lot to developers that make this software better and better! Previous update give us wonderful possibility to make custom radius, now we get much more: Custom Border For Each Side! And of course Animation Improvements. Сherry on the cake? Don't miss a Text Strikethrough Style.

Customizable Content Width - is great. Sometime Nicepage can be a little bit closer to Themler, that have this from the beginning (as multilanguage, megamenu, rtl support and many other tools that Nicepage miss for now).
