Hello Alexander,

Bu default, Nicepage Menu element for Header works this way.
But if you need a responsive menu button, please go to your Theme settings - Menu - Hamburger button - choose the modes you want it to be visible, select the design, etc. By click on this button, the menu panel with items will appear.

You can't add a subitem arrow for now, but we will add it to our wishlist.
