Design process Web Page Design

The Design process block is composed as one centered image-and-text unit. Its large grayscale workspace photograph shows a laptop, drawing materials, and a person sketching in a notebook, establishing the visual subject. A white rectangular text card overlaps the lower portion of the image and contains the heading “What is your design process?”, supporting copy, and a visible Freepik credit line. Yellow and light-gray geometric shapes sit behind the composition, while generous white space and centered bold condensed typography organize the section’s visual hierarchy.

The Overlapping Card Creates a Strong Mid-Page Composition

The large workspace photograph carries the primary visual weight of the section, while the white card crossing its lower edge creates a clear secondary plane. This spatial relationship lets the image introduce a practical design setting through the laptop, drawing materials, and person sketching in a notebook, then directs attention toward the question “What is your design process?” and its supporting paragraph. The visible Freepik credit remains within the text group rather than competing with the main image.

Yellow and light-gray rectangular shapes extend behind the image-and-card arrangement, giving the block a framed silhouette when it appears between neighboring page sections. Their geometry provides contrast against the grayscale photograph and white card, while generous white space prevents the layered composition from becoming visually dense. Centered alignment and bold condensed typography further reinforce the card as the reading entry point.

Within one webpage, this block can function as a deliberate transition between broader content areas. It offers a compact explanatory pause with a distinct vertical overlap instead of a flat two-column row or repeated card grid. Placement should preserve enough surrounding space for the geometric frame and lower card edge to remain visible. The section’s page-design contribution therefore comes from spatial balance, image-to-text sequencing, and the controlled contrast between background shapes, photograph, and text surface.

Design a Web Page Section by Section

Choose a Design for Each Section

Build the page from individual content sections instead of starting with a fixed full-page layout. Use Block Designs to browse ready-made sections for different purposes, including introductions, services, galleries, testimonials, contact forms, pricing, and other common parts of a web page. Search or filter the available designs to find a layout that fits the content you want to add.

Combine Blocks and Page Elements

Add selected Blocks to the page and arrange them in the order that supports the page's purpose. A hero section can introduce the main message, followed by services, benefits, portfolio content, testimonials, calls to action, or contact information.

Inside each section, use Web Page Elements such as Text, Image, Hyperlink, Grid, Gallery, and other elements to build and present the page content. Individual elements can be added and adjusted within the Blocks, giving you more control over the composition of each section without having to create the complete layout from scratch.

Refine the Page Layout and Flow

After assembling the main sections, adjust their content, spacing, backgrounds, images, typography, and element placement in the Nicepage editor. Reorder Blocks when necessary and refine the transition from one section to the next so the information hierarchy and visual flow remain clear throughout the page.

This workflow makes the template useful as a web page design that can be composed from ready-made sections, customized with individual page elements, rearranged, and adapted to the content and purpose of an individual page.
