The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation enacted in May 2018 to protect privacy in the European Union. This law protects European visitors, so the websites must comply with GDPR.

Embed Google Fonts
Due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, the sites must embed Google Fonts and not transfer any user information to third parties, including Google.
To store your Google Fonts locally for an HTML website, please follow these steps.
- Run the Desktop Application.
- Open the Site Settings -> Cookies Tab.
- Check the "Embed Google Fonts" checkbox.
- Save, re-export, and re-upload your site.

Google Fonts In WordPress and Joomla
For WordPress and Joomla, please verify that the "Embed Google Fonts" checkbox is checked in the Site Settings of the Theme and Plugin.
- Run the Desktop Application.
- Open the Site Settings -> Cookies Tab.
- Check the "Embed Google Fonts" checkbox.
- Export the Theme and Content.
- Import the Theme and Content to WordPress or Joomla site.
IMPORTANT! Please open and resave WordPress Pages or Joomla Articles previously created with the Nicepage Plugin or Extension.

Google Recaptcha

Please note that the alternatives are not yet implemented in the Nicepage Contact Form Element, and you will need to add custom code or use third-party form code with the HTML Element.
Google Maps
IMPORTANT! Google Maps is also not compliant with GDPR. You may also look for and use alternatives.
