Hi, Dahmani,
Clarify, please, did you sent an HTML file only or the whole archive? In the first case, it is needed to open an HTML file from the same folder where CSS files are; therefore, you should have sent an archive or folder, not a single file. In the second case, could you please send the same archive that you sent to the client?
Also, please note that if you sent the archive with the whole exported website, your client should extract the archive first. Then open the page.
