Menu Problem in Laptop Mode

Hi,

This seems like a bug to me:
When I am in the editor mode I set "text menu bar" in the laptop mode, but in the preview/publishing mode for the laptop it changes to the hamburger menu. (>> Pictures)

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.
