total neglect from Nicepage

Five days ago I asked support in an already open ticket that I was having problems with the site preview, this ticket was opened almost a month ago, Nice Page didn’t respond and didn’t solve the problem, they thought it was better to privatize the conversation so that others don’t notice the error and question it. I kindly ask you to respond and provide a solution.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.
