Icon Search Not Working

When I enter a keyword, ie dining, attractions, celebration, there are no search results.

When I open the "add icon" box it displays the different types of icons. I can click on a type and it displays the first screen of random icons. When I search by keyword there are no results.

I've tried this on two different desktop app installations on separate computers.

The issue appears to be fixed in the WP plugin.

I am still getting the same thing in my desktop app. No results when I search for a keyword.

Thank you for update topic.

We have successfully resolved the problem, and everything now displays correctly on our end.

Could you please verify again, both in the desktop app and in the Online builder, whether the issue persists?

Also, please let us know if you wait for the loading to complete or if you still see a "not found" message. We would appreciate it if you could share a short video or screenshot should the issue remain.

It is working in the WP app now.

Still not working in the desktop app though. I use a keyword to search, the Loading image displays for just a second, and then the No matches screen displays. I'm using keywords like, celebrate, people, click, that have all been successful in the past.

I am traveling for a couple days so I can't make a video right now. Sorry.

We are aware of the issue with the Desktop App, and it will be fixed in about two days in the nearest Nicepage v.8.4.
Please follow our news about updates https://nicepage.com/doc/630925/user-roles-and-access-to-leads.

In the meantime, you can continue working without interruption using the Online Builder or the Nicepage plugin for CMS platforms.
