Footer Fix bottom in Wordpress or Joomla

Hi
Is it possible to fix the footer to the bottom of the window even if the content is limited? To understand look at the attached image .... the footer goes up as there is little content ... I'm using wordpress, but this also happens in HTML and Joomla ...

Unfortunately there is no such sticky option for the footer, but the request is added to our wishlist.

Please vote on this request - it already has 36 votes and each time I see another post about the same thing Nicepage staff act like its the first time its ever been requested.
