Form Submission Error in Multi-Step Form — "Unable to send your message"

Hello Nicepage Support Team,

I'm currently facing an issue with a multi-step form on my Nicepage website. The form is not submitting correctly and instead shows the following error message:
"Unable to send your message. Please fix errors then try again."
Even after completing all the required fields, the form still fails to send.

I’ve checked the browser console and haven’t identified any clear cause other than general script or observer errors. I would appreciate your guidance to understand if this is a configuration issue on my end or a possible bug within the platform.

Hello,

Looks like the issue is related to recaptcha. Could you please try enabling Cookie popup under the Site Settings >> Cookies. Does the issue continue?

Hi,
Thanks for your previous response.

I’ve confirmed that the cookies popup is enabled in Site Settings > Cookies, and the website is now hosted on the correct final domain. However, the contact form still fails to submit, showing the same error.

At this point, we believe the issue might be related to reCAPTCHA validation, even on a correct and authorized domain.

Would it be possible to test the form functionality without reCAPTCHA, just to isolate the cause? Or do you offer a way to bypass reCAPTCHA temporarily for troubleshooting purposes?

Hello,

I accepted cookies on the Contact page and successfully submitted the form:

The Cookie pop-up and the reCAPTCHA script and connected. It works when you accept cookies only.

SOLVED – reCAPTCHA issue on contact form

Hi!
The issue is now resolved.

We removed the reCAPTCHA from the form, published the site without it, and then re-added it before publishing again. After that, the contact form started working correctly.

SOLVED – reCAPTCHA issue on contact form

The issue is now resolved.

We removed the reCAPTCHA from the form, published the site without it, and then re-added it before publishing again. After that, the contact form started working correctly.

Recaptcha is automatically enabled if you use our server to publish your site and Email or Google Sheets as the Submit to option for the Contact form.
This is necessary to protect the server itself.

If you require any further assistance, please send us your project file and the link to the published site so we can check it. (Just create a new case.)
