Forms: what is "html attribute of an input" used for? Is this the value that is seen in the email?

Hi Gary,

This name will be used when you set the condition for the form. Also it is used in the code. If you need to use custom code with your form, this filed could be helpful for you.

Is there any documentation how to use this in a php script ?
I try to set the value of a field when loading the form based on a sql query.
