Cant publish a website

I Cant publish a website to Nicepage server. Every time a download stops at 100% and the error says I can only publish 1 page to nicepage servers since I dont own a premium plan, but I have never published or even made another site via Nicepage. When I checked My Sites there is no option to unpublish anything. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Please let us know - have you checked the Nicepage Online Builder, that there are no published websites from there under the same account?

Hello,
Thank you for your fast replay. Yes I did a research and saw that this is a common mistake so i checked and I have no projects at all in online bilder. I tryed again and the problme is still the same.
What would be the next step in fixing this problem?

Hi,

Please provide more information regarding your issue. Where are you trying to publish the website? How many pages do you have? Also, share a screenshot of the popup that doesn't let you publish your website to Nicepage hosting.
