Can you please elaborate more about the issue? Do you have a problem with a Form on your website? If so - please provide a link to your launched website and specify where exactly the problematic Form is situated.

Hi,

SporTech, thanks for the provided link.

I see the recaptcha badge with an error message.

Please note, the Nicepage Form control uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 only.
Here are more details https://nicepage.com/doc/61415/recaptcha-integration.

Please open the Nicepage Editor >> Site Settings >> Google tab and check the ReCaptcha keys.
Make sure that these are exactly the keys that you generated in the Google admin panel or your sportech.com.sa domain (you did not make a mistake by entering them in the Editor).

Same here. I posted another thread without seeing this. More details... I've tried generating keys through the console as well as using the V3 link in your instructions. Both do not work and generate the error mentioned above in all instances. Also, the keys do show up in the Enterprise dashboard so generating the keys via the link you provide or creating them on the dashboard all seems to lead to the same place.

Looking at Googles integration, this is what they want the URL to be:

<script src="https://www.google.com/recaptcha/enterprise.js...

This is what you have in your script:

<script src="https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js...

When I add that .js link to my page in the additional header code, I do finally get the reCaptcha logo but it obviously doesn't work because it's not integrated into any of the actual page scripts.

Hope that provides more detail.

Update to my last update. I tested in Safari and the form works as expected. The issue seems to be Chrome... which is kind of a problem. I tried various page settings in the browser and reset to default. Something is preventing the reCaptcha from loading in the browser.

deland , please try to disable all third-party extensions in your Chrome, relaunch the browser and test again.

I was able to successfully generate an email using a built-in form using the online builder. I generated the recaptcha keys using the mydomain.nicepage.io url as the domain in google. One final stage I have not done is connect my domain to nicepage's hosting. That'll might cause a failure. I'll let you know.

My question is :
Can the email format be modified to only include the form content. I do not want the 'please review submissions' link in the email. Since this email is sent to a client, i don't want them trying to access my account, nor want them to see I'm using Nicepage.

Also the header could be more professional if it included the name of the person filling the form in rather than 'Message from the user'

To satisfactorily use the nicepage form, I have to get nicepage to email me the form content, then me copy the relevant form data to a new email and send it on to my client.

This is a waste of my time and a waste of time for Nicepage's developers to design a form system that i will probably not use in its present state.

Hi, adrian williams,

We are terribly sorry for the delay.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to edit the email format when using the Email sending option. Please note that only you can access the list of your submissions, as you are the site creator and administrator.

We hope to implement the possibility of editing the email message body in our editor one day. Let us know if you need our further help!

Hi! I get same "Unable to send your message. Please fix errors then try again." on my webpage (aquireef3d.com) and I don't see the recaptcha badge on the page. The site key and secret key both set up in the nciepage form (I use nicepage plugin on wordpress to build) and I even got new keys from google and re-inserted them to nicepage - no luck. The contact form worked before, so I do know how to setup it. Any clues? Thanks!
