A quick update... I took a look at the header code being generated and it looks like nicepage isn't loading the enterprise api? Google pushes all of my keys to the new format. I did use the "legacy secret key" tab to grab the key but no joy on getting the form to work. This is kind of a deal breaker for me if I can't get forms to work... it's a bit of a big part of the interwebs.

I posted more details on the other thread. This seems to be tied to Chrome. I'm able to get the form to work in Safari.

Please try to disable all third-party extensions in your Chrome, relaunch the browser and test again.
