The loading screen disappeared but i lost my projects now.....
This is a real design flaw if the project folder is not present you should get a question to relocate it.

I didnt export my project because i didn't expect this to happen so this is gonna cost me a lot of time..

Hi,

We are sorry to hear that it happened to you. Clarify please, did you store your Projects in an online folder? If so, do you have access to it now? You can zip your Project folders and import them to the app if you can open your folder.

We always recommend exporting Projects so users can recover them quickly.

Hi,

Yes i do have acces to the folder.
I use a local Synology NAS with a O365 sync to the cloud so i've got a backup from a backup :)

You say, if i zip the projects folder (the whole folder?) i can import it again even if i didn'd make a full export?

Hi,

Yes, you can import a site if you zip all files from the Project folder. Please try to do so and let us know about the result.

Hi,

You are my hero!
I zipped the project folder and imported it into the app and it worked.

i know it is smart to make an export but i changed from ISP and wasn't expecting that a change of the folder location would be an issue.

Can you make a request to add a function to "relocate" a project folder?

Hi,

We are glad to know that it worked!

You can change the Project folder in Preferences. Here you can read about it: https://nicepage.com/doc/526177/preferences

Let us know if you need our further help!

Yeah you can change it when the project is loaded.
When the project fails to load (for example Your NAS got another IP) The program is stuck until you press on the Nicepage button. It would be great, that it does not get stuck on the loading page, but ask you to relocate the project folder.

I will backup more often now i know this :)

Still thank you for recovering
