How can I have more then 10mb file upload limit on a form?
Is there another way to work and upload larger files when someone uploads files from a form?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility at the moment to upload files with bigger sizes.
We added your proposition to our wishlist. Alternatively, you can use the link element and upload to your server or any trusted third-party file-sharing service and use the URL in the link settings.
