After 6 hours building a site the export "failed" and the files are no longer available in my desktop app.

How do I recover them?

After 6 hours building a site the export "failed" and the files are no longer available in my desktop app. How do I recover them?

Kindly elaborate more on that. What format were you trying to export it in? What Nicepage version you are using currently?

and the files are no longer available in my desktop app.
How do I recover them?

Please check if you have saved the project or if you have a backup file.

Since it was on your PC, we do not have control over it.

If you want to backup a site, press the Publish button at the top right, then choose Project as the export.
Save it in a safe place.

Do you have the Site_##### folders inside Documents\Nicepage on your PC?

Regarding the issue with your payment, we’d like to clarify that we didn’t receive any requests from Pay Pro Global regarding your account. To ensure a smooth transaction, we recommend paying from a different email address/account and preferably using a different card.
