in the new version the icons arent loading i have to guess which icon to choose and hope it looks right this is on the latest version.

Just a note. If you were having the issue in the desktop application, please install the latest update released just now, it includes the fix for the problem.

We have checked on our side and don't see the problems with icons.

Please try in the Online Editor https://nicepage.com/Editor/Siteboard/#/dashboar. If the issue continues in this Editor, please open Console >> Network tab and provide a screenshot of this tab in the private cases.

My online editor screen looks the same - stuck on Loading also.

  • Added screenshot of both the network and console tabs.

If it helps, I have just bought the premium version. Before that, while I was still trialling it, it worked fine.

You see such a screen when entering the Online editor, right? Please check
check internet connection.

If the problem still persists, please reproduce the issue >> open the Console tab and provide a screenshot of this tab in the private case.

Same, it only loads the first few rows of icons, then all the rest are blank. on both desktop and online editor.

Hi, mi icons are not loading. I am running 3.1 for OSX with the ultimate license and I do not wish to upgrade because I will lose the ultimate status of my license. It used to work fine. Please advice. Kind regards, Paul

I'm using version 2.30.1, icon loading has worked well so far, but now it doesn't work, only a few icons can be loaded. I don't want to upgrade to a new version at this time. However, I would like to use it as before. Is there a solution?
