in the new version the icons arent loading i have to guess which icon to choose and hope it looks right this is on the latest version.

Hi.

I have this problem again now!

And I figured, the icons do show if I choose the original color for the icons - which is black.
If I choose any other color, they will not show anymore.

Hi,

We don't see any problems with loading icons on our side.
Please describe your actions step by step.

Also, disable the antivirus, firewall and other programs that may be blocking you from loading icons in the editor and let us know the result.

Hi, my icons are not loading. I am running 3.1 for Windows Platform with the pro license and I do not wish to upgrade because I will lose the pro status of my license. It used to work fine. Please advice. Kind regards, Asy

We're aware of this issue. Our developers are investigating it.

In Nicepage 3.28.7 https://nicepage.com/User/app/downloads the problem was partially fixed by our developers.
Now, when you select an icon, the Editor does not crash, and some icons are added.
We will finally fix the problem as soon as possible and inform you about it.

Please note, as we mentioned in that topic, the problem is caused by the changes on Flaticon's side.

I'm using version 2.30.1, icon loading has worked well so far, but now it doesn't work, only a few icons can be loaded. I don't want to upgrade to a new version at this time. However, I would like to use it as before. Is there a solution?

Just a note. If you were having the issue in the desktop application, please install the latest update released just now, it includes the fix for the problem.
