Submit Button Isn't Working

I just published my first page which contains a contact form, but it won't work.
I fill it out with some dummy information but when I hit send, it just jumps to the top of the page. No sent verifications or emails were received! We do use GoDaddy, but from what I've been reading, GoDaddy should allow email sending as default, correct?

Thank you. The issue happens because both nicepage.js and jquery.js files are missing on your server. Please make sure that you upload all website files. We recommend that you compare the exported folder with the files uploaded to the server.
