How to add fields to a default form
Hi,
The Form has fixed number of the possible fields and they are listed in the Form tab in the right panel. You cannot add a custom field. Let us know what fields you are missing in the form?

Is it possible to add a feature that would allow the user to add a generic text filed like the name input field? If not,

I have read the above responses and would like to be among the many begging to PLEASE implement the ability to create custom fields. I am using this for a CPR company to send inquiries about booking a class. I need the user to be able to submit info such as class choice (preferably drop-down menu) and more.

Your voice is counted. But looks like you need to have some complicated form. If you are using some CMS for your site, I suggest to use some component for your CMS that will create such form easily.

There is no possibility to add the booking form, you should use some plug-in for such functionality.

You can add the text for the default placeholder in each input. You can set it under the Placeholder option in the right panel for each input field.

Does Jotform work with Nicepage? it is heavily customizable and you can upload attachments with it.
