ich kann das Plugin nicht installieren

es kommt die Fehlermeldung

Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. Dem Theme fehlt das Stylesheet style.css.

Kindly elaborate more on that. You can't install the plugin or you can't install the Theme?
