Ask a Question

Hi, first question, can I use images for my project from another stock where I have a licence for those images e.g. yayimages.com or Adobe stock. Second question, do I understand the terms and conditions correctly, by using images from nicepage stock I have a licence to use them to create the final site and sell it to the client in the final version, you cannot use images etc to design templates for sale etc? I should add that I have the pro version of the software.

Hey, just saw your post. I'm a regular Nicepage user but also use stock images from other sites. When you have a subscription with an image provider, your license usually entitles you to use their images in a finished product. There are no restrictions on what tools you can use with the images (Adobe may be an exception, but I don't buy images from them). So, your images from yayimages, unsplash, depositphotos, etc. can be uploaded to your Nicepage media library and used in any projects. What your license will NOT generally allow you to do is build templates for RESALE using stock images you bought elsewhere. So, you can use the images in a finished product, but you can't offer them for sale so that others can extract them from your project to use elsewhere.

Super thank you very much for your answer 😊I understand the answer to the first question. But the second answer I understand you cannot sell the images themselves as templates.cannot use stock images you have purchased to create templates that would then be sold. In other words, you can't sell ready-made templates with images from the stock nicepage so that others can extract them and use them in other projects? By the way, what do you think is the best site that provides these images?

Sorry I misunderstood earlier, that is So I understand that I can use stock photos from nicpage to create pages. I can then sell someone a page with these images as a final project YES? And I can't create templates for resale using stock photos and pages in general?

Ok, then why does support claim otherwise in these posts?

For the record, so icons like fb, instagram or buttons are also counted as images? Also, I wasn't talking about using pre-made templates, I was talking about creating a page or template from scratch for an individual client, my question is, can I still use images from the nicepage stock and include them in the final design I sell to the client? I've searched the posts and in the link above it says I can use them. Can someone explain this to me in simple terms?
Regards and hoping for a concrete and clear answer 😊
