Hi nicepage team,
i know that there are allready some answers to this topic but since they're a bit inconsistent I need to have a clear answer on this.
What i already learned from other questions is:
- Stock photos from nicepage for own templates can be used without restrictions and namings of the author, except the "free" images where the author needs to be marked. This is possible since you got the rights of the photos and we can use the pics due to our subscription.
- images from pixabay can also be used without naming due to the legals of pixabay.
What is still unclear for me:
- How can stock photos be used when doing websites/themes for customers? Is it allowed without restrictions? Is it only prohibited to sell the images from stock itself? Or to create themes which can be sold to multiple customers?
Thanks for your reply and best regards!
