Form missing inputs, at latest version?!

This one can be closed, my fault...

I copied, a form from a previous template and pasted in to a new site, that seems not to work.
Wen i started an new form in the new site, it works.

unfortunately, after building a new page, again i get the same problem, over and over again? I update to last version.

I can reproduce the bug, by insert a new form and change the shape from square to round. shown in the attachment.

Also in english it give the wrong translation, square is not search. Also in Dutch wrong translation ("zoek" must be "vierkant"), maybe that is the problem, Zoek is also Search in English.

After u made the change from square to round, the text will still be visible in the editor, also when you take a preview. BUT wen you close NicePage desktop and restart and than take te preview, the text is empty!, shown as in my first message.

SO....
Insert new form | Change shape of inputs to round | Close NicePage desktop | Start NicePage desktop | Preview Form > missing inputs text = bug

Thank for the details. I've reproduced the issue with input placeholders and reported both problems to our developers. We'll fix them in the future Nicepage updates.

I just notice, some improvements are made, only, the name are changed. But function is not working yet, bug is still there.

Issue is still there, after restarting NicePage, missing inputs.
Only the translations of shapes are correct, now.

I tested on een new site and new block and new form, restart. Latest version installed on desktop. v1.13.0
