Hello,

I want to import this theme into the Wordpress Website builder since I can not identify this Theme there...

The Theme with ID: 105815

Can nicepage be used the same as Elementor? for personalizing the site?

do I need to customize the theme with nice page and after that publish it into wordpress?

And I do have other Questions swell.

Yes, you can use a pre-designed template, customize it as you want, and upload it to WordPress only as a theme (Header, Footer, Theme Settings, Templates) or as pages (with or without a theme). Please check these articles:
