Sure, you can build your Wordpress site using Nicepage plugin only and use other than Nicepage theme as active.
In this case, post pages will use active theme layout. You can select template configuration as Theme Header and Footer for your Nicepage pages and they will have the same Header and Footer as your other pages.

Wie kann ich mit dem Nicepage-plugin für Wordpress, die erstellte Seite exportieren.

Wenn ich "speichern" wähle wird die Seite unter Themes (WordPress) nicht angezeigt.

You can export both theme+pages and import via WordPress admin > Appearance > upload new theme > activate and follow the steps - https://nicepage.com/doc/66707/install-wordpress-theme-and-pages
You can export only theme from desktop application - https://nicepage.com/doc/67768/export-and-update-wp-theme-from-app
