I see that you installed the Nicepage extension for Joomla. It is not a template. For installing a template, you should export your Desktop or Online project as a Joomla template, and install it to your Joomla site. Hi,
After installing a template, you should go to System ==> Site Template Styles, and set a needed template as default.
If you want to set a page as a homepage, go to Menus ==> your menu, and set a menu item as a homepage.
In case you mean something else, let us know about it.

If you want to install a template for Joomla from Nicepage, export your Project as a Joomla template, and install the exported file to your site in the Joomla admin panel.
