Wordpress Malfunction

If I make any changes in the mobile or tablet layout, it also changes the desktop layout, I'm not able to make the website responsive on all the platforms.

For the responsiveness the best way to align it is to adjust them from left to right, and use the Reset button on the Property Panel if necessary. If you mean something specifically that you can't adjust, please provide us your project for further investigation.

If I access the website on another PC, and try to edit it. Some of the data disappear. I have added my logo and footer almost 5 times, but every time I reopen the website, it's gone. Is it because I can't edit the same website on more than one PCs?

For the Nicepage content in the header and footer response the Nicepage Theme. So after the designing your website in the Nicepage Desktop app, export and upload the Theme to your WordPress website, then it will stay there once you activate it.
