Nicepage needs the ability to display a block on all pages at the same time.
Example:
A block with the contact form, which is at the bottom of every page before the footer.

We agree that this is a very useful feature, but unfortunately, it has not been implemented yet, and we hope that it will be done in the future. As an alternative, you can use Block Library.
