If I'm working on a large design, then I edit other page sizes after that. If I change something in a large design, then the elements can move out in other mobile designs, for example. Is this not available in the premium version? Or am I doing something wrong?

It’s best to work from left/desktop to right/mobile making changes as needed.
If a block keeps changing to the left, press the reset button and try again.

Please change all your elements from left to right (from bigger screens to smaller ones) you could check out our article about responsive design here.
If you still got any issues with elements please provide screenshots with detailed information about steps you made and your project.zip saved as a Project in Nicepage Desktop. So we could check it on our side and help you.
